Full Refunds Granted For:

We provide complete refunds in cases of technical failure or service delivery issues.

  • Failed Generation: AI generation completely fails or produces corrupted output
  • Undelivered Projects: Content not delivered within stated timeframe (48-72 hours)
  • Duplicate Charges: Billing errors resulting in double charges
  • Severe Technical Failures: Files unplayable, missing audio, or unusable exports

Partial Refunds or Credits For:

We offer partial compensation when quality issues cannot be fully resolved through revisions.

  • Major Quality Issues: Significant quality problems that revision attempts cannot resolve

Refunds Not Available For:

Custom AI-generated content that has been successfully delivered cannot be refunded in these situations:

  • Completed Custom Content: Fully delivered, functional custom content
  • Change of Mind: Artistic preference changes after content approval
  • Downloaded/Exported Files: Content that has been downloaded or exported
  • Subjective Artistic Preferences: "I don't like the style" after revision opportunities exhausted
  • Policy Violations: Abuse of generation system or violation of terms
